Posting a Comment
When you visit blog posts on this site and submit a comment, you are required to enter your name and email address. In addition, your IP address is also submitted. Your Ip and email will never be shared outside of this website. You’re able to opt to recieve follow-up comments after you post and you’re able to opt out when you recieve mail from us.

When you reach us through the contact form, you are required to leave your email, name, and other information. This is kept strictly within Energy Rant and we will not share this information unless forced to by law. This information is stored in an email inbox with a reputable email service provider.
Hittail Tracking
Hittail is a 3rd party service which allows us to monitor the referral URLs that take visitors to this site. We cannot identify the referral URLs you use, with your IP. This service allows us to discover how searchers find Energy Rant on the Web. For Website statistics we use Google Analytics which monitors what visitors do on our site. There is very little personally identiiable information on there. To subsidise the information on this site, Google AdSense is a 3rd party ad serving network with is contextual. This means that Google displays ads that are relevant to the content on our site.
